Tour Operations Manager, INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR/DMC
We are looking for a Tour Operations Manager, based in
London, for our Inbound Tour division.

He/She will be responsible for the smooth running and
day-to-day operations of the Tours function. This involves the organisation of
the entire customer journey, of pre and post travel and tour arrangements, for
all clients and ensuring that the highest standards of service is provided at
all times.
Other responsibilities include-
- Contracting with
hotels, ground operators and Coach Operators
- Seek, arrange and
implement tour packages
- Continuously renew
and renovate our products, service and experience
- Prepare costing
for holidays
- Assist with the
production of brochures
- Ensure EU travel
regulations are adhered
- Assist with tailor
made itineraries
